Beginning Spanish

If learning Spanish has been one of your goals, you can give it a try this year. Deer Park Public Library will host a beginning Spanish class starting Monday, January 11 and meeting online Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 to 10 a.m.

The class combines two ways of learning -- practice conversation with other learners in a small online class, and us of the Rosetta Stone language learning program (on your own) available on the library website for self-study. For learners of Spanish or any of 30 languages, the Rosetta Stone program is free for anyone with a Deer Park Public Library card and available at the library website (click on E-Library).

To join the beginning Spanish class, please register by contacting the library at 281-478-7208 or
